Shipping & Purchasing FAQ

1. Is the shipping included in the price?
No, we calculate the shipping before you pay using the cheapest possible method for your convenience.
2. What Carrier do you use?
USPS or UPS
3. What type of shipping do you use?
We either use Retail Ground Shipping (2-7 day) or Priority Mail Flat Rate (2 day). Whichever is cheaper based on our zip code (59901) to yours. If you want the guaranteed 2 day shipping and are willing to pay more, please ask and we’ll be happy to quote that shipping price. 
4. Do you ship outside the US?
Yes, we will ship to North America and Europe.
5. How are the fleeces packed?
We vacuum as much air as possible out of the fleece which is double bagged in clear plastic. We are able to get fleeces very small with this method so that you will not be charged for the Large package shipping (over 12 inch packages).
6. How does the purchase process work?
When you purchase the fleece a confirmation email will be sent to your intent to own the fleece. Within 1 business day, we will send you a new quote and Paypal request for payment with the shipping added. After payment, your fleece will be shipped within 24 hours. If payment is not received within 48 hours of receipt of the invoice we will assume the sale is cancelled and make the fleece available on the store again for other customers.
7. Do you take returns?
No, the cost to you as a customer for shipping to you and back again would encroach too closely to the value of the fleece itself.  We can guarantee the quality of our product and that it will arrive as described and pictured.  If the product is damaged in the shipping process, a claim will be made for the value of the fleece and you will be reimbursed for its value.
